About the role
- Undertake designated duties under the supervision of Patient Food Services Supervisor within the scope of Food Services responsibilities ensuring an effective and efficient standard of work.

- Demonstrated knowledge of the operations of a large food service, particularly in health care and the ability to perform operational functions within a food service, stock control, stock ordering, meal plating, portion control, meal delivery, customer service and wash up
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work to time frames, follow food safety guidelines and to work with supervisor's instruction
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, participation in food safe activities, programs and ability to implement change
